Start-to-finish custom order process

1. Share your requirements. Send the reference image or tech pack, quantity, sizes, delivery country and required completion date. For this custom fitness garment, also provide the activity, desired support or compression, fabric composition, size range, coverage and matching-set requirement.
2. Technical review. We review the design, intended use and construction, then recommend suitable polyester-spandex, nylon-spandex, performance jersey or other stretch fabrics chosen for hand feel, coverage and movement.
3. Artwork and mockup preparation. Your logo, colors, placements and product details are organized into a clear visual mockup. Vector artwork is preferred for accurate printing or embroidery.
4. Quotation and order terms. You receive the unit price, sample cost, minimum quantity, production estimate, packaging and shipping options. Standard bulk terms are 60% advance and 40% before shipping unless the quotation states otherwise.
5. Pre-production sample. A sample is produced using the approved materials, measurements, artwork and construction details so you can review the real result before bulk production.
6. Sample review and approval. We share detailed photos and videos. Any agreed corrections are recorded, and bulk production begins only after the final sample and specification are approved.
7. Material preparation and bulk production. The workflow includes fabric testing, pattern grading, precision cutting, logo application, stretch-safe stitching and set matching. Production updates can be shared at key stages for transparency.
8. In-process quality checks. Materials, measurements, artwork and workmanship are checked during production so issues can be corrected before the order is completed.
9. Final inspection. The completed order is checked for measurements, stretch recovery, seam appearance, coverage, artwork durability, set consistency and finishing. Final photos or video can be supplied before dispatch.
10. Packaging and worldwide shipping. Approved labels and packaging are applied, the 40% balance is cleared, and the order is dispatched with tracking through an available express carrier such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.
